now with a cap people will eventually cut people to sign people why not put the player on waivers from ranked #10 team to #1 team.
you get him for the price the other team had him.
Options:
1. you can sign them even if you dont have enough cap room you just get negative cap for next season.
2. You cant sign them if you dont got enough cap room.
Makes it so you cant cut a player and just stack the #1 team.
